A temporary road parallel to Roark Valley is now handling vehicles during the reconstruction of the intersection, which is scheduled to be completed in November.  The intersection will also include a traffic signal to be installed in the spring.<\/p>\n<p>The realigning of Forsythe is part of the Tanstone Project that includes retail shops, restaurants and condominiums.
